Nollywood actress and politician Tonto Dikeh has unveiled a new spiritual movement, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), describing it as an interdenominational platform dedicated to prayer, revival and spiritual transformation.
Dikeh announced the initiative on Sunday, August 09, 2026, through her Instagram page, where she presented NWPT as a “global movement of consecrated believers” seeking to experience what she described as the power, purity and presence of God.
The movement takes its inspiration from Mark 2:22, which states: “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins.”
According to the actress, NWPT is intended to serve as a spiritual gathering for Christians seeking deeper religious commitment and revival.
She said the movement seeks to “see a global awakening of consecrated believers” whose faith would contribute to transforming communities and advancing what she described as the Kingdom of Christ.
Its stated mission includes establishing an interdenominational platform for prayer, revival and apostolic training, while equipping believers, encouraging evangelism and promoting spiritual development.
Dikeh stressed that NWPT would not operate as a conventional church.
“This is not a church; it is an intense gathering of those consecrated and equipped for the purposes of God,” the announcement stated.
The movement is scheduled to hold weekly fellowship every Friday at 6pm.
The launch comes months after Dikeh began using the name “Ada El-Roi” in several of her social media posts and became increasingly involved in the NSPPD prayer community associated with Pastor Jerry Eze.
