Supreme Court Mandates Digital filing: Lawyers Must Comply
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has instructed all lawyers with cases to be heard from September to December 2026 to upload their court documents using the Nigerian Case Management System (NCMS). According to the Chief Registrar of the Court, Kabir Eniola Akanbi, is in compliance with Rule 10(1) of the Supreme Court Practice Direction, 2026.
